Yep, we recently moved the base implementation to futures' IO traits. I do want to make the use with tokio as seamless as it was originally, but that'll come in future versions. I think 0.0.11 has been the most stable so far (irrc 0.0.12 has an issue with ZipEntryReader being a private type) so I'd advise staying on that until the support has been fully implemented.

Else, if you want to stick with 0.0.13, you'll need to manually use the 'compat' feature of tokio-util to implement AsyncWrite for EntryStreamWriter.
