chicken-coop's Issues

[Feature Request] : Add Dark Mode toggle

Just as the title states. Sorry to bother vaiya if it was already implemented since i can't find it ;-;

I tried looking around but no avail.

Great job on the app btw, keep it up pls! Thank you for making it Open Sourced!

Hope you consider this feature request!

[Feature Request] : Allow for selecting multiple time slots

After using the app for a while, I found myself needing to switch back and forth to different time slots to see if whether the room will be free for the next 3 hours or so. As a bandaid solution i kinda just screenshot the two slots and need and compare. I am pretty sure that other ppl have also needed this but I can see this coming very handy for other ppl also.

As a solution we could create a filter menu. Not so sure if that is what it is called but lets say the user choose 3 time slots, it then filters out to only shows the user the rooms which are free on those 3 given time slots. And they should not include the rooms which are only free on only 1 or 2 of time slots. The number of slots they can choose should be arbitrary ofc.

I think this is a decent approach to this problem. Do share your thoughts on this issue!

I hope I am making sense here ;-;

Edit: Added some info that i think was important??

[Bug] : Rooms labeled wrong or was not free at that time

Just as the title says. A few days ago, while hunting on a free roomi got a room which fits my time slot and also was in a floor i was never at. In the app it was labeled as a lab classroom but after reaching to my surprise it was actually the "Moot Court of Law". Well never knew it existed lol so very glad the app showed me that. But i can see some ppl getting annoyed about this.

Not related to this issue but very curious on how the app gathers the data to figure out what classrooms are used for wot. And how do they get these in the first place. Like does this app use the USIS api or something of that sort? Or is it crowdsourced? ;00

Edit: finally added the question i was forgetting about lol
