We have to change the font type of header title, it looks bad when you change language to english.

All texts, except headlines, should be changed to Tahoma Regular.
Change text size if necessary.

For the current design we have to stop website resizing. The design starts to shift all over the place.

Design and create maintenance page, it can be pure html with css(inline) or an image. Just to inform people that the page is in maintenance mode.

Design filler that we can use to expand header and footer to full page width

We need them separate components so to be used with different content

The idea is to have header and footer fill the whole page. For the purpose we should think of fillers because we wont' be changing the width of the navigation and items in there.

@mesechina we need design for that.
@KokoKrumov you will be in charge of implementing the design.
I will do the rest.
