Support captions

While the readme contains captions for the column headings, inserting these into the spreadsheet does not generate them as expected. Are these actually supported?

Action required: Greenkeeper could not be activated 🚨

🚨 You need to enable Continuous Integration on all branches of this repository. 🚨

To enable Greenkeeper, you need to make sure that a commit status is reported on all branches. This is required by Greenkeeper because we are using your CI build statuses to figure out when to notify you about breaking changes.

Since we did not receive a CI status on the greenkeeper/initial branch, we assume that you still need to configure it.

If you have already set up a CI for this repository, you might need to check your configuration. Make sure it will run on all new branches. If you don’t want it to run on every branch, you can whitelist branches starting with greenkeeper/.

We recommend using Travis CI, but Greenkeeper will work with every other CI service as well.

Once you have installed CI on this repository, you’ll need to re-trigger Greenkeeper’s initial Pull Request. To do this, please delete the greenkeeper/initial branch in this repository, and then remove and re-add this repository to the Greenkeeper integration’s white list on Github. You'll find this list on your repo or organiszation’s settings page, under Installed GitHub Apps.

Invalid file when adding header row but column type is 'number'

const conf = {
    stylesXmlFile: __dirname + '/styles.xml',
    name: 'report-is-a-thing',
    cols: [
      { type: 'string', width: 15 },
      { type: 'string', width: 25 },
      { type: 'number', width: 30 }
    ],
    rows: [
      [ { value: 'First Name', style: 1 },
        { value: 'Last Name', style: 1 },
        { value: 'Age', style: 1 } ],
      ['Bruce', 'Wayne', 20],
      ['Clark', 'Kent', 25],
      ['This cell is going to be merged', '', 30],
      ['Peter', 'Parker', 35]
    ]
  };

Here the type of the third column is number but its header is obviously a string.

I think the problem could be solved if its possible for cell object to have its own type property:

{ value: 'Age', style: 1, type: 'string' }

validation of null rows.

We have a problem with the validation operator for object type without null javascript and a type to point to an empty object. However validation breaks if I have rows with null values.

const isObject = typeof data[i] === 'object'

change to :

const isObject = typeof data[i] === 'object' && data[i] != null
