Here are two example queries:

• Calle 72 No. 4504 y Calle 43, Havana
• Calle 46 y Ave. 3ra A, #305, Miramar, La Habana, Havana

Both are giving very unprecise results. At best, it's getting the right Cuba with accuracy down to Havana. At worst, returning Florida or Illinois Cuba.

We can enable it by flag in config and if enabled then use dicts to autotransliterate data

When start update data to base,i get error:
