simple-cloudflare-dynamic Unused CSS

Describe the bug
This template has some left over unused CSS.

In file worker.js
Line 123-126 can be cut out.

Line 137 should be more specific so that hyperlinks added by the user don't have declaration removed. Example fix is:

#credit a, li a {
    text-decoration: none;
    color: inherit;
}

Create Documentation for Hosting on DO's App Platform

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
There needs to be a way to know how to host a quick bio link on Digital Ocean.

Describe the solution you'd like
There should be a user-friendly tutorial written and linked to in the hosting documentation.

Describe alternatives you've considered
An alternative could be to write it in a markdown file and upload it here but due to the amount of images external seems more practical.
