I purchased the textbook "Generative Deep Learning 2nd Edition" which arrived yesterday, and followed the instructions in the readme and the docker readme, including a Kaggle account, installing Docker, and installing WSL.

In the JupyterLab 02_deeplearning/01_mlp/, when running the first cell produced the following error:

Following the "Downloading Data" instructions in the readme:

The codebase comes with an in-built data downloader helper script.

Run the data downloader as follows (from outside the container), choosing one of the named datasets below:

bash scripts/download.sh [faces, bricks, recipes, flowers, wines, cellosuites, chorales]

Produced the following error:

Consequently, none of the code in this book or repository is usable.
(And if it were, all modern projects of interest including Stable Diffusion and LLMs appear to use pytorch. Is this book completely irrelevant?)
