Audio toggle macros (now) need a short delay
When I tried to run the audio output switching macros, I had to invoke each macro twice: The first run would only open System Preferences->Sound->Output, and the second run would actually switch the audio output and close System Preferences.
The fix was very simple: I just had to add a delay 0.5 statement before the tell application "System Events" block, to give System Preferences enough time to finish loading before the rest of the macro is executed.
All this was on a Mac mini (2018, i5, 16GB RAM) with macOS 10.14.6 and Keyboard Maestro 9.0.
