Hi,
Something must be going wrong with the modal that pops up when you click the dendrogram trapezoid. Can you try inspecting the page in the developer console to see why the screen interaction is being disabled.
One solution would be to disable the pop-up modals using the make_modals option (set to false).
Another solution might be to pass a d3 command in the dendrogram click callback function that enables user interaction or closes the modal.
