The basis feature set is essentially a set of sync actions for metadata (the term is used here to loosely refer to anything that is not code)
What else should be put on a roadmap (even very far looking) to try and provide as full a solution as we can to maintainers?

As part of making life easier for a maintainer, some things might require data (tagging?) above what the various apis can give us.
In many cases we can play tricks relying in things like labels automatically added to categorize review status of issues for example.
But, I can see us getting to a point where we might need to store things locally. In which case should we do that also in situations where it is not forced?

I do not feel a need to be the one to do this and would be happy to join forces with prior art.
That said I do have a vision, and would judge based on that.

Any projects/initiatives to be aware of?
