Rewrite persistence layer to use RavenDB

Currently, the persistence layer is using MS SQL Server as the backing store. After some investigation and preliminary testing, I've made the decision that RavenDB is better suited for Expensely and will help the development process to be faster as well as provide a stable base for some interesting use-cases.
