data-manipulation-in-r's Issues

final checks

Spell check
Library check - will script install all that is necessary (no htmlwidgets packages are necessary) on a non-rights machine?
Exercises check - are all the exercises possible (i.e. do they run)?

General check that all is copacetic.

"A provocation" slides

Currently, "A provocation" is on a title slide with the code chunk above it. It seems like it should be a regular slide. I just wanted to run it by you before making the change.

gather to spread

does not work with statsTab data. I created statsTabLong to then use spread to go wide, get duplicated rownames error. I think it's due to Tm name being repeated, so we might need an additional id variable in there.

lazerhawk etc.?

There should be some mention of the likes of Lazerhawk, Timecop1983, and FM-84. They're practically dependencies.
