发现很多朋友在BIN to RTF那里出现了问题，本人修改了下别人的脚本，利用创建RTF的函数重写了一个脚本

CreateRTF.py

usage:Test.py -f filename - u url
filename: output file name
url: http[s]://example.com/exploit.txt
