jetif's Issues

JETIF does not respect Flux Networks config

(Referencing / fixing EnigmaticaModpacks/Enigmatica2Expert#726)

Currently, whenever Flux Networks is present, the recipe for "Throw Redstone into Fire" is always shown regardless of whether it is enabled or not in the Flux Networks config. While it's probably not that big of a deal to someone who instantly pieces 2+2 together whenever there is a custom recipe, I'm sure this already made quite a few people throw their redstone into fire, losing it to the flames.

My suggestion would be to either respect FluxNetworks' config / see whether it has registered the throwing into fluid recipe or to just add a config option that packmakers would have to set to say "oh btw this recipe has been altered"

Support for cauldrons and GT:Community Edition

Is this possible? If it is, it would be greatly appreciated. A bit of background info just in case you aren't familiar with Gregtech, or are unsure about what I'm suggesting: fairly early game when you first start to process ores, there's often multiple ways and paths, and depending on the ore, you may want to purify/clean it. In order to purify ground up ore, you throw it into a cauldron full of water, much like other mods tossing items into water or Botania tossing petals into the bird bath. Later on, you can use an ore washing machine to do the same thing more automated, and said ore washer has JEI support. But washing the ore in a cauldron does not (have JEI support), and you don't gain access to an ore washer for quite some time. It's very confusing for new players since they can't JEI to victory and/or will get the impression that the ore washer is the only option.

Missing Flux Networks throw in fire recipe

Flux Networks can also craft by throwing the Redstone into fire.

Can't find a way to do it cleanly right now since Fire no longer has an ItemBlock to put in JEI to render, and adding one would probably make the mod not really clientside.

Outdated community translations

The following translations were made in prior verions and thus are lacking some of the newer strings;

  • de_de originally made by @MaxNeedsSnacks (#12)
  • zh_cn originally made by @mcBegins2Snow (#13)
  • zh_tw also by @mcBegins2Snow (#13)

Hopefully I did it right to mention them.

Mod repost request

Hello, author. Your mod is very good! I want to repost it to a Chinese minecraft forum, its name is MCBBS( http://www.mcbbs.net ), and I'll link a source URL to curseforge.
By the way, I've added Chinese translation files successfully, please agree this request. :)

Flux Networks updated and broke support

The mod was rewritten to no longer use sonar core. JETIF does not recognize the new config file.

file: flux_networks.cfg
...
B:"Enable Flux Recipe"=false" is the setting that disables both fire/lava AND bedrock crafting (despite the misleading option description)

Optionally specifying structure name (Extrautils2 Demon Ingot)

Demon Ingots from Extra Utilities 2 require you to throw gold into a block of lava contained within a structure identical to that found in a Nether Fortress (9x9 with lava in the center atop a 9x9 of nether brick). It would be great if it were possible to indicate, even just with text, that it's not EVERY lava source block.

Support for AE2 configs

Heya,

this is kind of a repeat / continuation of #7, as I've noticed that pretty much the same issue is present with AE2's in-world recipes, as well: If you disable any of the "InWorld" config options in the AE2 config, JETIF doesn't respect that and still shows the recipe, anyway. Fixing this should be pretty much analogue to your fix for Flux Networks, and I don't think there's any other recipes that need to be fixed like that, at least I haven't found any personally

[Suggestion] Atum 2

Hey there, Atum 2 has been released for 1.12.2 in the last week, and it contains dirty relic items (dirty coin, dirty scepter, etc.) that you toss into water to get a random cleaned variant of that time ( i.e. silver scepter, diamond broach, ruby necklace, etc.). If you could add this to JETIF, that would be great!
