Checklist:

• Be sure to complete a profile on the respective website. Look legit, upload basic information which indicates a small business operation rather than an individual. This also allows you to gauge supposedly legitimate suppliers who may fold under the threat of enforcement of their product. This is not a requirement, however the topic during negotiations can give you information.

• Got scammed? There's sadly little that can be done unless you're a large business willing to track down a factory. 我发现在电商平台明面上能买的的雌二醇原料最高只有98%的纯度（而且不一定可信），买不到99%医用级的了。

超声介质凝胶售价250ml/5￥（

• 爱思妥+螺内酯120mg
  将凝胶涂抹于蛋皮大腿内侧，每日一尺2.5克，使用一个月，9小时后雌二醇121pg/mL，睾酮0.5ng/mL，23小时雌二醇89pg/mL

• ✅自制凝胶+螺内酯120mg
  配方：63mL无水乙醇,250mg雌二醇,37mL纯净水,1g氮酮,0.5g卡波姆980,0.65g三乙醇胺
  在原配方基础上，卡波姆、三乙醇胺减半，成品质地接近爱思妥凝胶，加入1%水溶性氮酮作为促渗剂增加吸收
  使用结果：
  将凝胶涂抹于蛋皮大腿内侧，每日一次3克，使用半个月，12小时后雌二醇252pg/mL，睾酮0.12ng/mL，涂在另一只手采血点皮肤上雌二醇945pg/mL

• 自制健民配方凝胶CN101036660A
  4倍浓度雌二醇，每日一次2.6克，使用3天，16h后E2=83pg/mL
  该配方含15%酒精，加水后雌二醇析出，吸收不好；卡波姆含量高，粘度大，晾干后成膜有胶皮

• 贴片
  HEXAL Estramon 100μg，贴于小腹或臀部，两天半63h后E2=86pg/mL
  容易卷边脱落，不透气，贴3天后皮肤起红点比较痒；1月中旬贴了2片一周，没有过敏起红点，可能因为冬天出汗少

使用频率：每次1.5mg，每日两次
使用部位：阴囊和大腿内侧
使用时长：1周
使用结果：

睾酮：2.23 ng/mL
