Implement collection operations for ToolCollection, CategoryCollection

Incapsulate MD5 logic to more generic Hash service. This class should:

• provide checksums for privitive data types, strings, files
• compare checksums
• provide checksum as byte[] and string and convert between them
• hide md5 implementation

Distinguish between CommandLine args and file path

Replace Tools and Categories dictionaries by lists

Every object type should serialize/deserialize itself rather than Bundle is doing it for every contained objects.

Newly added tool info should be populated:

• Description -- file details if any (Property API)
• CommandLine
• Properties

Deserialize bundle from XML back to object model

Replace Guid-based ID by MD5 checksum. This allows to validate the file integrity and uniquesness, and to manage version updates.

Tool's required fields are CommandLine, Name, Version
Category's required fields are Name, Version
