if a breakpoint set is defined the module should

• allow selection of a single breackpoint set
• allow custom setting for each breakpoint

Allow user to enable and disable plugins
Allow user to add third party plugins

after the breakpoint setting the module need to generate an horizontal tab for each breakpoint in every vertical tab , containing the override option for that brakpoint set.

this behaviour can be avoided in "general" and "responsive" vertical tabs
