We should consider what this app looks like after we've begun to dockerize everything.

I think we will still want/need a setup script, but maybe it should only be the bare minimum, instead of everything.

Computer Onboarding

Steps:

• Install Xcode xcode-select --install
• Install Homebrew /usr/bin/ruby -e "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Homebrew/install/master/install)"
• Install RVM
• Enable Filevault
• Enable Firewall
• Enable auto lock out and screensaver lock
• Setup Redis and Postgresql to run in the background

React Developer Tools
Redux DevTools
Ember Inspector (I'm not a huge fan)
JSONView
EditThisCookie
Grid Ruler
PixelPerfect (I never use it, but it is potentially useful)

Script needs to store some env var or file on disk to check progress of install.

Rust is more standardly installed with Rustup rather than Homebrew
Using Rustup sets up the rust environment for you.

The curl command to install it is:
$ curl https://sh.rustup.rs -sSf | sh

This will run an installation process, so it may be weird to put in the middle of the liftoff script?
