What should haproxy do differently? Which functionality do you think we should add?

Haproxy can't add header to a redirect because redirect is a final
directive. After executing the redirect no more action are executed.

What are you trying to do?

Adding HSTS headers to all responses, including redirects and errors.

What's the configuration?

Expected behavior

Forward and serve all quieries.

Actual behavior

Large H2 fail with Chrome 49.

Make a large H2 request with Chrome 49 (large cookies or long URI).
