glitches during recording and monitoring
There are some glitcher during recording with monitoring (full-duplex, observed in Samplitude 8 and Audacity DAW).
Testing suggestions:
- Is problem present on different UAC 1 device?
- Is problem related to synchronization of output (asynchronous audio).
- Is problem related only to MS Windows AUC1 audio implementation?
HW with current SW release should be debugged with loggic analyzer during recording initialization and recording glitches (output buffer state).
Power management
There are many problems with power management, which should be solved.
- what is specified by usb for suspend mode?
- what is actual power consumption during suspend mode?
- external power supply is used for analog, and sample rate clock - how to handle absence of this supply, how to handle suspend signaling?
