Improve automated setup

Can the "connection" between automated reading room capacity tracking & BibJodel be improved?

Move config to JSON

Use a JSON file instead of plain php to make the settings easier accessible/exchangeable from the admin UI.

JSON editing in UI

Make the two JSON files (occupation & events) editable from the admin UI to support libraries without automated reading room capacity tracking.

Engineering

The whole project should be better organized instead of just a few files flying around.

There has to be way better information for new libraries that want to use the tool regarding data security, setup, connecting to "The Jodel Venture" etc. Maybe a step by step guide in Browser instead of a PDF.

BibJodel Share

Write a tool to let people manually update the JSON file(s). Suited for libraries with small reading rooms or more libraries across one city to work together.
