Create a test case for uploading file which returns the standard response

We need to run tests on every PR & commit to master branch to ensure things are smooth on every new change.

Need to add a database file/connection to the package and connect it with the examples folder's migrations and models.

With Laravel 10, in order to make a job process in the same process, we have to use dispatchSync() at https://github.com/luezoidtechnologies/laravel-core/blob/master/src/Http/Controllers/ApiController.php#L253

Currently, with the config/file.php we can upload only S3 files in private mode (i.e. not accessible publically). All local files are uploaded to /public directory and anyone can access those files.
