As you keep feeding it by copy/paste the modified source markdown, it also generates a link for the TOC itself:

# Table of contents

- [Table of contents](#table-of-contents)
- ...

Basically, the TOC shouldn't contain a link to itself 😄.

Hey, I like your idea for creating this tool. However, I tried and found it removes anything not in the range a-zA-Z and - and _, for example Chinese content like this: 「通过 Google 登录」

The ideal result should be 通过-Google-登录, but I got -Google-
