Hi,

I'm trying to build this project on windows (I know about ready-to-use files for Windows, but I need GEOS option ON). I'm not able to do a simple build because of two compiler errors with wkt.c file in Visual Studio 2017:

1. error C3688: invalid literal suffix „WKT_COORD_2”; literal operator or literal operator template „operator ""WKT_COORD_2”
2. error C2664: „int strbuf_append(strbuf_t *,const char *,...)”: cannot convert parameter 2 from „double” to „const char *”

It's the same with WKT_COORD_3 and WKT_COORD_4.

Maybe I'm doing something wrong, any ideas?
