Bubble Detector is a project for detecting speech bubbles and panels in manga pages. It uses machine learning models and computer vision techniques to accurately identify speech bubbles and ignore background noise.

Bubble Detector also provides a Python script for utilizing the Google Vision OCR to extract text from speech bubbles. To use the script, you need to have a valid Google Cloud Platform account and API key and enable the Vision API. You can refer to the Google Cloud Vision API documentation for more information on setting up and using the API.
