need to have a template for western blot quantification, with data obtained using ImageJ (area under the curve)

the cell D28 is not calculating well the total sample volume if there are more than one time point or ip.
Consider to split D16 in more variables, maybe three cells for each variable (cells)

check if the NRT wells are being well calculated and displayed accordingly in the splitting steps
They should be per biological_group per condition and per gene; to control for DNA contaminants it's needed to test all cDNA reactions for each target gene)

• add a cell to correct the number of tubes to split in, because it could happen that the number of replicates is odd
• add cells to account for efficiency curves (for each primer pair); maybe consider the variable: no. of dilutions and their actual concentration

the number of tubes to split when the 'technical replicate' and 'biological duplicate' were, respectively 2 and 3

• fix plate layout to be 8x12 not 9x12
• add layout for three replicates with two biological_groups
• add line to export for ChIP experiments and check the one for mRNA
• add cells to remove wells and replicate

make an update to change the concentration of Laemmli's buffer to automatically calculate the volume required to prepare the denaturation mix. Currently it is set as a constant with the value 4

there is an issue were the "extra wells" are not showed in the number of well to which the master mix need to be split
