ajouter le support des endpoints arbitraires sur s3_website
s3_website est l'outil que l'on utilise pour déployer les sites web sur s3.
Seul soucis, on ne peut pas préciser une url arbitraire pour l'emplacement du s3, mais juste le nom d'une région valide sur aws. Donc on triche, et on a les containers qui ont un /etc/host avec l'addresse qui pointe sur nos serveurs ceph.
