Hi Rodrigo @lozuwa ,

I am using your MirrorMaker and kafka images to test MirrorMaker 2 locally. I figured out that you have tweaked the replication policy so that topic are not prefixed anymore with the cluster name (e.g. "source.<topic_name> for the active-to-passive case) as AFAIK the images are using the class:
com.lozuwa.kafka.mirrormaker.replicationpolicies.IdentityMapperTopicReplicationPolicy

As my goal is to test MMV2 I would like to use the default behaviour but event if I add the line:
replication.policy.class=org.apache.kafka.connect.mirror.DefaultReplicationPolicy

in the mm2.properties, still MirrorMaker is using your class IdentityMapperTopicReplicationPolicy.

What can I do to come back to default replication behaviour using your images ?
