About the 503 error.

Just login and fetch data several times, the the application will return
"503"error, could you fix it? and it seems that the application was
throttled. and the delicious API help(http://delicious.com/help/api) said
that we must wait at least one second between queries, is it why we got the
"503" error?

Thanks,

Jun.
