When uploading multiples files only the public link of the last file is on the clipboard.

Add support for different languages.

Currently, the upload counter increments every time Misc.GetFilename()is called.

When changing the Path property of an instance of UploadFile, Misc.GetFilename() gets called to set the FileName property.

Because of this, the upload counter may seem to skip some numbers, because the path of the file has internally changed few times, but only 1 file was actually uploaded.

I'm not a security expert at all but I think the Encrypt and Decrypt functions shouldn't use hard-coded IV, salt and passphrase.

Feature suggestion: maybe a nice feature addition would be to allow the user to copy a screenshot to the clipboard from the snipper tool, i.e. the "regular" print screen behavior. Personally I would bind this to the printscreen button, so you'd press this button twice to get the default behavior.
