add instructions for linux environments

the make file contains windows paths, also an .bat file. there is no instructions for setting up using a linux machine.

Support for coap send with Lobaro?

Hi,

I'm trying to create a coap send using lobaro coap, which will allow me to make requests for data
and push data to another coap server.

Does the library provide any support for this ?
