Is there a way to show percentage of health instead of numbers? Ex: 60% instead of 60.8k I can only find numbers in the drop-down menu.
While having the whole plugin UI localized would be nice, it's probably also a big hassle requiring large rewrites and hunting for translations in who knows how many languages. Don't do that.
But DamageInfo integrates text into the game's UI, even if it's just the single word "from", which clashes with the rest of the game's UI when you're not playing in English. It would be nice to see the few translations into DE/FR/JP (maybe CN? lol) for the "from" source to make it fit seamlessly into the client.
German would be "von", French would be "de" or "par" (i am not French and my last lesson was 15 years ago so double check that), and i have no clue about Japanese.
The "Disable vanilla damage type icons" affects both "incoming Damage" and "Outgoing Damage".
It would be nice to be able to disable "incoming Damage" and "Outgoing Damage" separately, because I want to display only the icons for the damage type that I myself receive.

Tender Loin doesn't include AttackType. However, it has been used in ColorCastBar. The name of action '22804' is the same as action 22803
but it includes AttackType. This problem causes the type of action 22803
to become a DamageType.Unknown
.
i think the program could use ActionCategory instead of AttackType when not available.

I like the plugin but I really wanted it to hide incoming damage and healing.
Could you add an alpha setting for those? Because currently you style all or nothing.
My goal is only view my outgoing damage and nothing else.

Critical damage type icons are way too large for me
Adding further customization:
-Damage numbers without spell names/text
-Changeable fonts
-Removeable Icons for spell popups
Snap punch and demolish will show as missed, whether executed correctly or incorrectly. My checkbox for color when missed is enabled, and the other 4 melee jobs work as intended.
It would be great to have an option to add sound to either hit or miss of positionals.
Is it possible to hide the fly text of the auto attack or set the color individually?
I would like to make the auto attack damage inflicted by itself less noticeable as I don't pay much attention to it.

Currently, attacking omnidirectional enemies (those with full circles that automatically grant the positional bonus on hit) will show a missed positional if you attack it from the front. This is inaccurate as you do get your positional bonus.
An override for omnidirectional enemies would solve this, though I'm not sure how accessible that data is from Dalamud.

This would help provide insight on mitigations -- both how much mitigation there is currently, and help you troubleshoot tight timings (e.g., checking if your mitigation is timed correctly to cover say... both a raidwide + the follow up tankbuster)
I would love to be able to have some additional color options. Specifically I want to have different colors for Damage I do, Damage to me, Healing I do, and Healing to me. These would be generally more useful color categories for me than the current physical/magical/darkness ones.
Hello, I was wondering if the plugin could display other types of damage as well.
I've noticed that a few of them are being displayed as normal ffxiv colors.
I am also using this plugin to better display the target progress bar, changing its colors, to get a better view.

As the title says: I've had 2 crashes happen just now when accepting a teleport. The game freezes as the zone title is fading in during the transition. WinDbg linked the crash to DamageInfoPlugin.dll, and attached is the analyzed crash dump.
I'm having an issue where my damage info plugin keeps acting as if it's not installed randomly, have to uninstall and reinstall to fix it, then it breaks again randomly later.
I know this might not align with the purpose of the plugin but if it's possible would you mind implement settings for changing the size and position of the damage fly text?
That would be very helpful for players with poor eyesight like me.
