Announcements are ordered but to query them we need to know the date it was publish. Make it easier that given a number find the right date (possibly by looking around some summaries approximately by the number and then pick up from there

If one isn't publish the other will still be published.

The last_BOE also doesn't update the images or the table but does refresh the internal data...

Make the daily BOE summary with an interactive graphic summarizing by section, department, epigraph, (text? might not be a good idea)
