basic documentation of how to include this in your project or run it standalone should be written. Also, the server API should be documented. Also, the server configuration parameters available and what they do should be documented.

Ben, while explaining all the crypto gunk to us, found a more accurate name for key signer... Certifier.

The certifier creates certificates.
