"Shuffle: Full" groups holes with their nearby entrances

I'm not sure if this is intended or not but "shuffle: full" groups hole with their respective entrances (graveyard hole with church and so on). If it was intended then would it be possible to get a mode that doesn't link them together, I exclusively play full and I would love to randomly get dungeons in the church or lost wood tree.

Can't generate seed with these settings

This configuration displays an error every time I click Generate. It generates a ROM without issue but it doesn't generate a Spoiler Log file. Disabling the Spoiler Log option results in it completing without error.

Source code for base2current.json?

Is the Assembler source code for base2current.json available from somewhere? Seems quite interesting to understand what is being patched exactly.

There are no more places to look without using glitches (unless I mistakenly marked off somewhere on the map that I didn't check).

Trinexx soft lock.

Trinexx can technically be unkillable. The current logic handles killing the heads but not the main body.

Since it require Hammer, L2+ Sword, Bottle or Half magic currently. Which would be correct if you didn't need to kill the main body as well. Since that's immune to Rod damage.

Example of a soft lock scenario:
Sword on Trinexx
Sword on Mothula
Sword on Bombos Tablet
Sword on Ether Tablet
Hammer on Pedestal (with SW or TR being a pendant)

Adding a GUI to your branch

I recently forked from your repository because I did not want to mess up what you were doing. I basically took what you had and added a GUI using tkinter. I really wanted to spread this to more people but wanted your permission before committing to your repository. The only file I altered was Main.py and I added App.py. Let me know what you think and we can work from there

0.4.5-dev has Readme.md and VCRUNTIME14.DLL in wrong location

Everyone was in Jkoper's Twitch channel trying to troubleshoot the issue with the package. Upon further troubleshooting, we found that VCRUNTIME14.DLL which is needed by Python35.dll is located in the LIB folder. This file should be in ROOT since this is where we had to copy it to get it working. I took another look at the LIB directory to find Readme.md there. I'm thinking you probably want that in ROOT as well.

Unsolvable seed? 9012011

There might be some glitch or trick I'm unfamiliar with, but I'm all but sure the game has access to this region requiring the Magic Hammer.

Dark Palace Location Issue

The playthrough says the bow is in the left chest, but that contained the right chest item. Since you can't access the right chest without a bow, I think I'm stuck.

Ganon's tower regions not connected, logic puts lamp in armos knights chests

Clearly lamp is in there! After looking through the code the location [dungeon-A2-B1] is tied to the region "Ganons Tower (Bottom)" - see https://github.com/LLCoolDave/ALttPEntranceRandomizer/blob/master/Regions.py#L247

However, "Ganon's Tower (Bottom)" isn't specified as a Location or Exit for another of the other regions in Ganon's Tower! From the randomiser's perspective, this region is detached, and thus reachable from the start of the game...
