Add an ErrorServlet implementation

Implement extendable deserialisation

At current it is only possible to serialise the Problem class. Add support for deserialising both JSON and XML, while at the same time providing for the possibility to extend the deserialisation.

Rename the group to include a sub-directory

e.g. de.turnertech.problem.problem-details

Should also update Module-Info and MANIFEST

Problem.getStatusPhrase for unknown Locales must return English

The default fallback expected when the Accept-Language header is used is English. The helper written to get the Status Phrase (so that it can be set on the Title as per RFC-9457 - 4.2.1.

Improve OSGi Support

Add functions for retrieving the XSD and JSON Schema.

The schema files are already contained in the Module. Provide two helper functions to retrieve these resources. Consider what the best return type is carefully (probably a URL direct from the class loader?)
