Hotkeys are currently hardcoded in many scripts

Describe the solution you'd like
Allow Hotkeys to be bindable.
Replace hardcoded declarations with GLOBALS.Hotkey = { }
Add a new GUI window accessible from the options GUI to be able to bind required hotkeys.
