OPENSSL_internal:CERTIFICATE_VERIFY_FAILED

During 5.Run avalon apps, I failed in excuting the following command

docker exec -it avalon bash  
cd /pysrc  
python consumer.py 500  

Here are some of my excuting context, could you give me some advise to solve this?
