[Feature Request] LLMoney 原版选择器支持

LLMoney可以使用
/money add @p 1000 像这样的指令，带原版选择器

need custom command

I would like to comment that, if FakeNameDetection -> true then the custom command "ban ban" also works with it. There were a lot of people going in and out and I couldn't quickly write down their names, which was quite a disadvantage. I don't know if it's a bug but it seems that's it by default so I'm leaving the topic as "more features".

There was an error with LLmoney causing a crash, if the player just wasn't the OP then using the command "/money_s query " would cause a server crash.

LLMoney的API容错率问题

当api被错误调用导致错误时（或其他原因导致报错），下次调用时不论是否正确都会持续报错直到重启。
例如此处

因为SQLite::Statement是static变量，若上次exec时报错进入catch，则后续不会调用reset()以及clearBindings()，导致下次使用时必然报错，于是永远不会reset()
