expected behaviour:
Initiators can Invite Users to Moderate a project by typing in their emails. An Invite is then sent by email, asking if the user wants to accept the moderator role.
As a User I can report comments etc. An email is then sent to a moderator, highlighting the reported contribution.

behaviour:
After invititng an email for moderation as an initiator, no emails are sent. This makes it impossible to accept the invite and become a moderator.
When a user reports a comment, no emails are sent to the responsible moderators.
In the Django Admin Interface under "Tasks" or "completed tasks" no entries are listed.

expected behaviour: As a user, I can write a text that fits the text field. Either there is info about a char limit or the field has no char limit but I can save it. In this case the info would be preferable, because reports should not be too long.
behaviour: Users cannot save reports that are too long, but do not get a hint or an error message.
