Latest activesupport version breaks test-helper

Latest activesupport version(5.0.0) which requires ruby version > 2.2.2 does not work with latest embedded chef ruby version(2.1.8).

Stacktrace :

Tag and push all releases to supermarket

Would be nice if it's not too much trouble, so we're not pulling from github in our berksfiles

[meta] deprecated if using chef_zero provisioner?

Is it your understand that this cookbook isn't needed when using chef-zero, or is there some extenuating factor that makes this useful. Thanks for any feedback!
