Gisborne 2023 acquisition only half-uploaded to S3 bucket?

I've been trying to build a mosaic of the 1m DEM for Gisborne for 2023 using data from s3://nz-elevation but the available files seem to stop at northing 5743680 (NZTM), have all the data been uploaded?

Hawkes-bay 2023 capture_area.geojson doesn't validate

The geojson for the hawkes-bay-2023 dataset returns an error when running it through the geojson validator. The message from https://geojsonlint.com/ is:

Invalid GeoJSON
Line 2: Polygons and MultiPolygons should follow the right-hand rule
