Trying to contribute improvements to your today tools

Hi,

I created another 'today' repository, based on the today.tgz and today-20091222.tgz archives from your linuxha.com web site. It is available at: https://github.com/JFLarvoire/today
This repository includes the old versions of the files from the above two archives, plus improvements I've made. See the README.md file there for details.

I tried submitting a pull request to this today repository, to share my developments with you, but apparently it's not possible to do that on an empty repository.
Maybe we can do it the other way around: If you've made any improvements since 2009 on your side, please share them with me on my repository.
