Hey Linus,

We had an issue logged in mycroft-core that got traced back to this Skill so I thought you be interested to see it:
MycroftAI/mycroft-core#2155

I haven't dug into it at all, but have you seen this behaviour before?

How this skill installs skill is probably old. Need to update.

Use a feature Api so that the help skill can use this too. See:

The installation of skills takes a very long time, which needs to be sped up. This could have something to do with it reloading, and being recognized.

This could be forcing a reload, or just saying "you can now use the __ skill"

The accuracy is off and sometimes a the skill doesn’t work. Will investigate more into this.

When Mycroft switches to the 19.02 branch the skill will need to be updated because the 18.08 branch and the 19.02 branch will have different skills
