Users should be able to make requests to the Genshin Wiki and receive wiki documents in a message channel or private message

If complete wiki document is too difficult, can send link to wiki instead

Motivation

Currently, character builds and guides are located either in Google Sheets, Reddit, YouTube, etc. and generally requires the user to know what each weapon and artifact set does. This means the user may need to traverse multiple websites to find all the information they need.

User Stories

Minimum:

• Users should be able to request a character build/guide document from the bot in a message channel and have it delivered into a message channel
• Users should be able to directly message the bot for a character build and receive the document in a private message
• Users should be able to find out the stats/substats of weapons and artifact set bonuses without having to go look on the Genshin Wiki
• Users should be able to find out which talents should be prioritized for each role
• Users should be able to read brief notes on how best play the character, along with other notes or rationale for the build components

Nice to Have:

• Users are able to find which character/weapon ascension materials and talent books are needed, and what day to get them
• Users are able to view character talent descriptions and GIF
• Image material for characters, weapons, etc.

Other Notes

Probably use bold font weight and colors to denote rarities (gray, green, blue, purple, orange)

• Media posts with over a certain upvote threshold are sent to a user-specified message channel
• (nice to have) users should be able to configure this and turn it on/off

• Bot should send tweets by @genshinimpact to a user-specified message channel
• (nice to have) users should be able to turn this feature on/off

Minimum:

• Users should be able to wish on current standard, limited weapon, and limited character banners
• Users should be able to do 1pull or 10pull

Nice to have:

• Past wish results are tracked for each user
• Data/statistics on past wishes can be viewed by user

Users should be able to invoke this command to find out how to use other commands supported by the bot
