1. 本代码用于预处理数据集 2. coding 存放代码，dataset存放单个文件的原始数据， data_merge存放汇总后但未做处理的原始数据， ending_dataset存放预处理后的数据（不使用匝道数据）。 3. ending_dataset 目录下文件说明： 3.1 主干道目标点历史数据：data_760643.csv 3.2 目标点上游主干道节点历史数据：data_774671.csv 3.3 目标点下游主干道节点历史数据：odata_718173.csv 3.4 每个文件中保存同一历史时期的历史数据，即为是2015.2.1-2015-3.31日历史数据 4. 数据集网址：http://pems.dot.ca.gov/ 5. 账号：[email protected] 密码：-1Netwigrx
