[switch~] object implementation to reduce CPU costs

as suggested by the FaceBook user Liam Goodacre:
" [...] The patch is very CPU intensive--it clocks at 60% for me even when the audio is off. I'm guessing that this is because of the 128 channels you have running in parallel. You should be able to scale this down by using the [switch~] object to turn on only those channels which are in use. (I assume that this would be easy enough since it seems that the system already keeps track of which ones are in use and which are not.

This will probably interfere with the signal summing, which seems to run through every channel. However, you should be able to use [throw~] and [catch~] to sum in parallel rather than in series, thus allowing for n number of channels being switched on, rather than having to have all of them.
