Color ramp

Hi Andrew - taking your advice, I decided to adjust my color ramp for the hexmap, and switched to a quantile scheme, which works pretty well when looking at all refugees. But I've also been working on the dropdown for filtering by region, as you suggested, and once you filter by region, there are so many small/zero values that the quantile scheme no longer works (there are multiple different shades mapped to zero). With that in mind, I think I might like to just stick with a continuous color ramp and reduce the number of steps, as you suggested, but I'm not sure how to do that. I'd be grateful for any help!

The commit with this work is here (I define my scale at line 558 in index.js, and you can see the two scales I've been trying out), and you can see a deployment with the continuous color ramp here.
