NuGet package about lidgren-network-gen3 HOT 12 OPEN

I used the NuGet package. And figure out that I can't start NetClient because method Start didn't work. For some time I can't understand why, so I decompiled the package and guess what, Start is empty!

Issues of referring projects like #51 would also be simpler to solve if there were a NuGet.
