Gradle sync failed: couple of quick fixes + Bonus bugs

I'm posting this for the future reference.

Gradle sync failed: Could not find org.robovm:robovm-gradle-plugin:2.3.3
Gradle Scripts/build.gradle (Project): change classpath "org.robovm:robovm-gradle-plugin:$roboVMGradleVersion" (line 32) to classpath "com.mobidevelop.robovm:robovm-gradle-plugin:$roboVMGradleVersion".

Gradle sync failed: Failed to find Build Tools revision 25.0.3
Gradle Scripts/build.gradle (Project): change

androidToolsVersion = json.androidBuildtoolsVersion
androidSDKVersion = json.androidSDKVersion

to

androidToolsVersion = "27.0.3"
androidSDKVersion = "27"

or set whatever version of SDK you are using.

Gradle sync failed: Cannot set the value of read-only property 'jniFolders' on task :android:packageDebug'.

Minimum supported Gradle version is 2.14.1. Current version is 2.2
Gradle Scripts/gradle-wrapper.properties: change distributionUrl=https\://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-2.2-all.zip to distributionUrl=https\://services.gradle.org/distributions/gradle-2.14.1-all.zip. Android Studio should download specified version of gradle, but DO NOT update to the newest version if prompted.

Running on Linux desktop gives me this error when rendering a sign screen:
